LEH, Oct 14: CEC, LAHDC, Rigzin Spalbar in a letter to Defence Minister took up the issue of ongoing recruitment process for labourers going on at 118 OMC, Nimoo.
CEC has put a course his reservations with regard to the exclusion of the local population for the recruitment and the alleged nepotism going on in the recruitment process.
