CHANDIGARH: Congress MP and former Union Minister Manish Tewari on Sunday blamed the Centre for setting a dangerous precedent by revoking the special status of Jammu and Kashmir and dividing it into two Union Territories thereby “trampling the very spirit of our Constitution”.
