RAJOURI, Oct 7: Chief Education Officer (CEO), Rajouri Altaf Choudhary today ordered inquiry against the Headmaster of Govt High School Gurdan Balla in Rajouri district.
Reports said the action was initiated after teaching staff members including seven female teachers moved to the office of CEO Rajouri today and lodged a written complaint against the Headmaster Arun Kumar for harassment and using unparliamentary language. They said that for salary and their arrears, the HM victimizes them and remains away from school quite often on the pretext of checking of schools.
They also alleged massive irregularities committed by the Headmaster in RAMSA and other school funds and demanded inquiry. Meanwhile, the CEO constituted a three member committee including two Principals of the Higher Secondary Schools and directed to conduct inquiry and submit report within a week.
