JAMMU, June 21: The Jammu and Kashmir Government today appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Sonamarg Development Authority (SDA) as an Inquiry Officer to conduct an in-depth inquiry against then Khilafwarzi Officer SDA Ghulam Nabi Bhat.
