KATRA, Dec 23: Ajeet Kumar Sahu, Chief Executive Officer, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, accompanied by a team of officers, had an interaction with the staff of the Shrine Board at Sanjichhat.
The CEO and the team of officers comprising B. Mohandaas, Additional CEO, Ranjit Singh, SDM, Bhawan, Pankaj Gupta and Dr. Arvind Karwani, Dy. CEOs and other concerned officers of the Board participated in the interaction programme aimed at removing difficulties of employees.
The CEO issued on-spot directions to the concerned to ensure time bound disposal of personnel matters of employees. He also lauded the efforts made by the officers and staff of the Board to ensure facilitation of pilgrims visiting the Holy Cave Shrine.
The CEO interacted with the staff in regard to skill upgradation of the employees, personnel related matters of staff, welfare initiatives for Safai Karamcharis and other staff, sanitation aspects, etc. Referring to the laudable cultural programme presented by the students of Government Middle School, Sanjichhat, he informed that the matter has been taken up with the concerned authorities for upgradation of this school to the high school level.
The staff presented a memorandum of demands to the CEO especially with respect to various personnel issues.
The CEO also gave awards to some of the Safai Karamcharis and other employees as a token of appreciation for their outstanding performance and devotion to duty. The awards comprised silver coins and certificates. He also distributed prizes among the students of Government Middle School, Sanjichhat for having excelled in academics.
