JAMMU, Feb 2: Chairman Guru Nabha Dass Trust (GNDT) of All J&K Mahasha Sadar Sabha (JKMSS), Narsingh Dass Rajwal has conveyed all the members of Mahasha community that allegations on him and his family made by a self-styled president of the community were totally baseless.
Addressing a press conference here today along with managing trustees, election board, working president of All JKMSS and prominent persons, Narsingh Dass informed that he has filed a defamation case under Section 499 of IPC against the self-styled president of the community, who has no contribution in the development of Sabha, Trust or society but is only creating hurdles in the smooth functioning of the Sabha, Trust and society.
He appealed all the community members to remain alert of such treacherous persons who are working against the welfare and interests of the community.
The press conference was attended by S.R Majotra, chairman Election Board; Birbal, vice chairman Election Board; Kali Dass Pangotra, working president All JKMSS; C.L Manyal, vice chairman GNDT; Tarsem Chand, cashier GNDT; Ramesh, Ram Ratan Drai and Kamal Kishor-all managing trustees; Suraj Nariyan, Shami Naryal, Rakesh Rajwal, Vashino Dutt, Sunil Kumar, Neeraj and Vishal.
