JAMMU, Aug 12: Crime Branch, Jammu has produced challan against Nathu Ram and others for preparing fake sale deed in order to get the registration of two kanals of land fraudulently by way of identified by some unknown lady in the court of law.
Challan in case FIR number 17/2007 under Section 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B RPC P/S Crime Branch, Jammu against the accused persons namely Nathu Ram of 160-Kanji House Jammu, Jugal Kishore Mahajan of 136 Kailash Nagar Guest House, Jammu and Raju Sharma of H.No 85 Bhagwati Nagar, Jammu, was produced before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jammu today.
Brief facts of the case are that one Narinder Nath of Gandhi Nagar, Jammu and his wife had agreed to sell a piece of their land measuring four kanals at Kalu Chak, Jammu to Nathu Ram and prepared a sale deed which was not registered before any court as the latter refused to pay the agreed amount. However, the accused Nathu Ram produced some fake persons before the court of law and by impersonating them as Narinder Nath and his wife got the sale deeds registered in his favour fraudulently. On this the case was registered.
