Raju Chandel, while addressing a press conference at Press Club Jammu alleged that most of files pertaining to the people’s grievances are not being addressed by the so called corrupt bureaucrats who are not interested in solving the problems of the people as most of them are still working, obeying and following the directions of previous mainstream political parties of Jammu and Kashmir i.e National Conference (NC) and People’s Democratic Party (PDP) who have ruled the State since 1947. This is the main problem regarding retardation in development and hindrance in solving the other issues since post abrogation.
