JAMMU, Apr 1: Following change of guard at FICCI FLO Jammu Kashmir & Ladakh during the 39th Annual Session of FLO over two days on March 30th and 31st, first Governing Body meet for the new term was held today at FICCI House, New Delhi.
Founding Chairperson Ritu Singh passed on the baton to Varuna Anand as Chairperson FICCI FLO Jammu Kashmir & Ladakh for the term 2023- 2024.
Presenting the annual report, Ritu Singh highlighted all achievements under her leadership in the past two years. She honoured with a trophy of Appreciation for her relentless work done on Digital Literacy at the rural level under project `Vriddhi – Our Digital Beti’.
Jayanti Dalmia, the 39th National President FLO, passed the baton to Sudha Shivkumar, who comes in as the 40th National President of FLO, for the term 2023-2024.
Day one witnessed an interesting panel discussion, moderated by Harjinder Kaur Talwar, Past President FLO & Chair Inclusion, G20Startup20 with Chintan Vaishnav, Mission Director of the Atal Innovation Mission, Niti Aayog.
The second day was graced by Sunil Kant Munjal, Chairman Hero Enterprise as Chief Guest, Anurag Sharma, Member of the Lok Sabha as guest of honour, Subhrakant Panda, President FICCI and Shailesh Pathak, FICCI Secretary General.
Day 3 officially began the session for the term 2023-2024 on 1st April at FICCI House, New Delhi with the first Governing Body Meet for the term. Varuna Anand, Chairperson FLO JKL shared her vision for the chapter during the first GB meet showcasing her prime initiative “Take pride in your Tribe” which would cover many member engagement and promotion programs. She also highlighted to scale up the marquee events of the chapter under the Founding Chairpersons leadership so far undertaken at the grassroot, middle & senior level.
She introduced her core team for the term 2023-2024. They include Ruchika Gupta, Sr Vice Chairperson; Aarti Chowdhary, Vice Chairperson; Sona Mehta, Treasurer; Pooja Gandotra, Joint Treasurer; Mona Saraf, Secretary and Chandani Kapoor, Jt Secretary.
