JAMMU, Mar 13: Capt (Retd) Gandharb Singh Charak, younger brother of Th Gulchain Singh Charak, former Minister and president Dogra Sadar Sabha passed away after brief illness here today.
Capt Charak took active part in 1971 Indo-Pak war in which his role was highly applauded by his superiors and subordinates. The cremation will take place at Mandal Devika Ghat, short of Parmandal at 11:00 am on March 14, 2018, family sources said.
