JAMMU, Apr 18: Charak Biradari today organized “Murti Sthapana” function at Shiv Mandir Charak Biradari Greater Kailash.
In the function organized under the chairmanship of President Rajeev Charak and Youth President Rakesh Singh Charak, Speaker J&K Assembly Kavinder Gupta, MP Rajya Sabha Shamsher Singh Manhas and MLA Nagrota Devender Rana were guests.
Amar Kshatriya Rajput Sabha J&K President Narayan Singh Jamwal, Ex-President Charak Biradari Daljeet Singh Charak, Founder Member Charak Biradari Chamail Singh, Youth President Kumar Sabha Pawan Singh Chib, State Secretary BJP Anuradha Charak and Jammu District President BJYM Ishant Gupta were also present.
Speaking on the occasion, President Rajeev Charak said that they are continuously doing census of biradari and in which they came to know that majority of youth are unemployed.
He demanded employment to the educated unemployed youth of the biradari vis-à-vis financial assistance for the development of community hall.
Kavinder Gupta while speaking said that youth can only transform the nation. Gupta also extend his full support for the development of community hall.
Shamsher Singh Manhas said that youth have to devote their time for the upliftment and development of nation so that they will stay from drugs and other evils of society.
Manhas said that a youth have to first start from his own family because if he will be able to manage his family then he will be able to manage and work for the development of panchayats, districts, State and Nation.
Manhas announced Rs 10 lakh for the development of Charak Biradari community hall.
Narayan Singh Jamwal also spoke on the occasion and demanded installation of statue of Maharaja Gulab Singh Ji at Kunjwani Chowk. Jamwal extend material support upto Rs 5 lakhs for the community hall.
Balkar Singh conducted the proceedings of the programme, while Captain Balwan Singh presented vote of thanks.
