Charak urges Govt to mitigate problems of Bishnah constituency people

JAMMU, Mar 2: Former Minister, Former Member CWC-AICC and senior Congress Leader Gulchain Singh Charak attending a meeting at Rehal and listened to the problems being faced by the people.
On the occasion, office bearers and other prominent leaders of Block Congress Committee Bishnah attended the meeting, which was organized by KC Dogra and Ashok Gupta.
During the meeting, the participants highlighted various problems being faced by them including up-gradation of Primary Health Centre and opening of J&K Bank branch.
After attending a series of Public meetings at Chak Murar and Rehal, Charak also held a meeting at Allah, which was organized by Rattan Lal, Numberdar and others.
The people of the area demanded enquiry into misappropriation of funds for creating the facilities for the model village at Allah. They also demanded that the repair and construction of lanes and drains at village Allah which has been declared as modern village be done on war footing and also make immediate necessary arrangements for replacement of the defective transformers to provide proper electricity to the people.
Keeping in view the hardships being faced by the students of the area in absence of education facilities at college level, the people demanded Government Degree College and ITI College at Arnia.
While speaking, Charak urged the Government to take immediate necessary measures to mitigate the burning demands raised by the people of Bishnah Constituency. He also assured the people that he will not leave no stone unturned for getting their genuine demands fulfilled.
Among others, who spoke were Gambhir Dev Singh, member ZRUCC, Captain Harshvardhan Sharma, president BCC, Waryam Chand, senior vice president, Mandan Bhagat, general secretary, Balwant Saini, president Arnia Town Committee, Mehar Singh, Raj Kumar, Dr Raghubir, Sarpanch and Krishan Lal.
