SRINAGAR, July 4: Kupwara Police during the routine checking seized 500 grams of charas from the possession of Tajamand Rafiq son of Mohammad Rafiq of Kandi, Karnah. The accused has been arrested. Kupwara Police has registered a case FIR NO 30/13 under Section 8/20 NDPS Act in this regard.
