Srinagar, Dec 26: The Crime Branch Kashmir today filed a charge sheet against four individuals for cheating youth on the pretext of providing jobs way back in 2009.
The CB in this regard said that a challan in case (FIR No. 19/2009) under Section 419,420,468,471,120-B RPC was presented before the Court of Judge Small Causes Srinagar against four accused persons.
The accused have been identified as Farooq Ahmad Mohand of Tral, Waheeda Shah of Shahi Hamdan Colony HMT, Imtiyaz Ahmad Bhat of Amda Kadal Jogiwan Lalbazar and Avtar Krishan Pandita son of Badri Nath of Shopian, at present Barnai Jammu.
Two out of four were produced before the Court while Section 512 CRPC was invoked against the two others.
Notably, the case was filed after a written complaint received from Axis Bank Branch Head Bahu Fort, Jammu stating that some unknown persons were cheating aspiring candidates on the pretext of providing jobs.
