LONDON, June 11: Former Girls Aloud star Cheryl Cole’s new boyfriend Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini is teaching her how to speak French and she’s been teaching him Geordie phrases.
The 30-year-old singer, who is from Newcastle in North England, is dating the Frenchman for a month now and made it official at Cannes Film Festival, reported Daily Mirror.
“My English is better than her French but I teach her the words. Mainly the bad words! She teaches me the Geordie,” Fernandez-Versini said.
The hunk went along to the ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ final recently to watch the beauty perform her new track ‘Crazy Stupid Love’ and gushed about her backstage.
“She is amazing. It was good to see her performing. I was proud. Impressed? Yes — very, very impressed,” he added. (PTI)
