JAMMU, Aug 26: Former CEO and Managing Director of Jammu and Kashmir Bank, R K Chhibber has been appointed as Rotational Director on Board of the Bank with immediate effect.
The appointment was made during the 84th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the bank, held recently at the JKB Corporate Headquarters.
Chhibber will hold the office as Rotational Director for a fixed tenure. Previously, he was Additional Director of the bank and successfully completed his tenure.
According to another decision during the AGM, Mohd Ishaq Wani ceased to be Director on the Board of J&K Bank.
With this total number of Directors on J&K Bank Board are 10, who include R K Chhibber, Vivek Bhardwaj, Nitishwar Kumar, Rajeev Lochan Bishnoi, Naba Kishore Sahoo, Umesh Chandra Pandey, Anil Kumar Goel, Sushmita Chadha and Anand Kumar with Baldev Prakash as MD and CEO.
