Srinagar: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah cast his
vote at Munshi Bagh polling booth in Burn Hall
School in Srinagar.
Expressing hope for his victory, Omar said the
results would throw a surprise.
“Why do you say anti-incumbency, incumbency
could also be a factor. We hold 28 seats right
now out of which we may lose some seats but
we are going to win those seats which we have
had no representation in the past twenty years,”
Omar said.
