POONCH, Jan 9: A 3-year-old boy was killed while his sister injured seriously when a Kucha kitchen collapsed at village Tain, in Mankote tehsil of Mendhar Sub Division today.
Official sources said that the incident took place at around 10.30 am in the house of Mohd Reyaz at Tain village. His Kucha kitchen suddenly collapsed and his minor son Qamar was killed on the spot while 7-month old daughter Hunya Kouser was seriously injured.
The injured girl was rushed to Sub District Hospital, Mendhar. BMO Mendhar, Dr Parvez Ahmed said that the girl was provided treatment and she was now out of danger.
