JAMMU, Aug 20: A six years old child who was missing from his house in Punjab and was recovered in Raipur Satwari was handed over back to his family by police and Child-Line Jammu.
As per reports, Samir Kumar (6), son of Tarsem Lal and resident of Hoshiarpur (Punjab) was missing from his house since 16th of this month. The said child was recovered by police from Raipur Satwari but at the initial instant there were no whereabouts of the family of this child after which he was sent to Child Line Jammu.
Later, police team under the supervision of SP South, Rahul Malik and SDPO Gandhi Nagar, Harjeet Singh and led by SHO Satwari, Suhail Rashid managed to get some clue about the family of the missing after which contact was established with them and child was finally handed over back to them by police.
