Chinese Food Festival at Fortune Riviera

Jammu, June 13: Fortune Inn Riviera, member of ITC’s hotel group is celebrating ‘Chinese Food Festival’ at “The Oriental Pavilion”, the Chinese & Thai Specialty Restaurant at the hotel.
The food festival starts on tomorrow and will be on till June 30, for dinner.
General Manager, Rakesh Dogra said “It has been our constant endeavor to introduce Jammuites to regional as well as international cuisines. Chinese cuisines offer exciting range of vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes, in starters, main course and desserts. We would be offering the most delectable delicacies of Chinese cuisine at this new restaurant at our rooftop. This restaurant offers an open to sky view of the City, dim lights, magnificent view of the glittering Bahu Fort and Tawi river.”

Executive Chef P.K.Biswas said “We wish to bring out the best of the Chinese cuisines during the festival at Fortune Inn Riviera to give Jammu the real taste of this popular cuisine.  Some of the famous dishes that will be showcased during the festival include – Dimsums, Kung Pao Chicken, Crispy Lamb with Hot Hoisin Sauce, Diced Tofu in Black Bean Sauce, Exotic Chinese Green with Garlic Wine Sauce, Singapore Noodles, Burnt Ginger Capsicum Fried Rice and Date Pancake with Ice Cream.
