NEW DELHI, July 7: Democratic Progressive Azad Party (DPAP) chairman and ex-chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Ghulam Nabi Azad has appointed Vishal Chopra as general secretary of the Party for Jammu province.
Chopra will also continue as State print media inchrage and spokesperson. He is ex-Telephone Advisory Member, BSNL J&K appointed by Union Ministry of Telecom.
