JAMMU, Sept 20: Member Legislative Assembly (MLA) Suchetgarh, Sham Choudhary, today inaugurated the construction work of road from Dewangarh to Chak Mohammad Yaar.
While speaking on the occasion, Choudhary said, “This has been a long pending demand of the people of the area, who had been facing great hardships due to dilapidated condition of the road. This stretch of road is in bad condition and for this reason no matter what difficulty we face we will concretize the Dewangarh-Chak Mohammad Yaar road.
He said that people always complained that politicians know only to talk but we are not going to talk before we do anything. “We will work and then we will talk”, he added.
He further assured that the road connectivity of the entire constituency will be revamped in the coming days. “We are also working on the line of development to bring every facility to the doorstep of the people, so that they may not be deprived of any basic facility,” he said and added that the BJP, under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has been working to make every nook and corner of the country to look clean, green and developed.
He further shared that the cost of this project is estimated over Rs 4.48 crore. The MLA was accompanied by the X-En, AEE, JEs and local Sarpanch.
