JAMMU, Nov 26: Bharat Chowdhary, Senior Peoples Democratic Party leader and Candidate from Jammu East Constituency while carrying on his door to door campaign in his area, today visited Kaleeth Nagar Mohalla and Hari Market.
He received overwhelming response from the people of the area and was apprised of the problems being faced by them. People expressed total dissatisfaction with sitting BJP MLA as well as Congress Govt over their total failure in resolving their long pending issues like parking problems, shifting of Bus Stand, basic civic amenities etc. People specially demanded that a proper sanitation system be made for Old City and modern Solid Waste management be introduced. Bharat Chowdhary assured that after PDP forms the next Govt all such genuine problems will be taken up by him for speedy redressal.
Later on Bharat Chowdhary along with various senior leaders met Mufti Mohammed Sayeed to discuss the election strategy for Jammu, particularly East Constituency.
On the occasion Senior National Conference Leader and former MLC and presient all J & K Christian Welfare Association G S Gill along with Feastus Sotra, general secretary, David Burat, Yousuf Don, Vinod Gupta Executive member CCI and Ishant Gupta expressing faith in pro-people policies of PDP joined the party.
