JAMMU, June 3: A chowkidar of a Mango orchard in Nagbai area of city outskirts was injured today when his air gun went off accidentally and hit his throat.
The injured chowkidar has been identified Imran Khan (45) son of Aamir Ahmed Khan, a resident of Saharanpur in UP (at present Nagbani). He was immediately rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu, where after providing treatment he was later discharged.
The concerned police has taken cognizance of the matter.
