CIC operators pin hopes on PM’s Jammu visit

Srinagar, Apr 23: The CIC Operators working in Rural Development Department & Panchayati Raj today shot a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is set to visit Jammu on April 24:
In the letter, the CIC operators have urged the PM to look into the matter personally and take measures for the resolution of their issues.
“We the CIC Operators working in Rural Development Department & Panchayati Raj (J&K, UT), on the occasion of Panchayati Raj Conference on 24th April 2022 at Jammu, bring into your kind notice that we have played a pivotal role in the implementation of Panchayati Raj system in the UT of Jammu & Kashmir at grass root level but unfortunately our legitimate grievances regarding regularization of services in the department have been ignored by the Administration despite rendering 18 years of continuous and dedicated service,” the letter reads.
CIC Operators stated that they seek PM intervention into their legitimate issue and hope for the announcement of good news for CIC Operators working in Rural Development Department & Panchayati Raj on 24th April 2022 at Jammu.
“Your Excellency is hand-folded and humbly requested to kindly intervene in the matter and issue necessary instructions for regularization of 172 CIC operators at the earliest to end our sufferings,” they said.
