CHANDIGARH : With a view to mitigate the sufferings of the injured and next of kin of those who lost their lives in massive floods in Jammu and Kashmir recently, the officers and officials of Haryana Criminal Investigation Department have contributed their one day’s salary, totalling Rs 11,01,100, to Haryana Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. Director General of Police, CID, Anant Kumar Dhul said here today that the officers and officials have made this contribution as a gesture of goodwill towards the flood-affected people in Jammu and Kashmir.
