CII organizes Inter-Industry Connect prog in Samba

JAMMU, Feb 5: Confede-ration of Indian Industry (CII), J&K organised Inter-Industry Connect session today in Samba, sharing best practices on root cause analysis and problem management systems with prominent Industry members.
This first of its kind Industry Connect offered an advantage, value and opportunity to diverse Industrial units to come, learn and share their best practices through practical performances and presentations.
Arun Goswami, Assistant Quality Head and Dikshit Kumar, DGM Production, Jakson Limited elaborated on resolving critical issue through 4M Analysis (Fish Bone Diagram).
Dinesh Jain, Plant head and Chetan Bansal, Quality Assurance head, Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd shared presentation on ICH (International Council for Harmonisation) Guideline Q9 on Quality Risk Management, elaborated on FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) as the strongest parameter in Pharma Industry followed by a robust case study.
Ram Gopal Sharma, Quality Assurance Head, United Phosphorus Limited shared case study presentation on RCA tools and advance problem solving techniques.
Vinay Sharma, Plant Head, Berger Paints India Limited appreciated the efforts of CII J&K for initiating such training programmes which helps organisations to connect and brainstorm together for more flexible and effective ideas to improve and evaluate performances and corrective action plans. He also emphasised on bringing more industries on the same platform for future conglomerations.
