REASI, Sept 12: A CISF Jawan died while three others were injured when a bus carrying CISF personnel met with an accident near NHPC Colony, Jyotipuram, here today.
The civil bus, bearing registration number PB02ET 7945 and carrying CISF personnel, was on its way to Mahore when it crashed into a roadside hillock, resulting to on the spot death of one person and injuries to three others.
The deceased has been identified as Neeraj Kumar Singh, 55 years of age, resident of Ballia, Uttar Pradesh.
Three other CISF personnel with injuries were identified as Ct R C Nath, 50 years of age, Akhilesh Kumar (42) and HC Aditya Kumar (38). Both R C Nath and Akhilesh have sustained head injuries and were referred to GMC Jammu for advanced treatment.
Aditya Kumar has sustained minor injuries and is currently being treated at District Hospital Reasi.
