JAMMU, June 17: To train the staff members of BEE ENN General Hospital in dealing with emergency situations like disasters and helping people, a five-day Basic Civil Defence Training programme was organized by Santosh Magotra, Divisional Warden, Division No 4, here at BEE ENN General Hospital, Talab Tillo.
Kunil Bhalla was the chief guest on the occasion. Fifty staff members participated in the training programme, which was organized under the guidance of Additional Director General of Police HG/ Civil Defence & SDRF, J&K and close supervision of Tajinder Kour, Deputy Controller, Civil Defence, Jammu.
The main aim of the training programme was to facilitate the staff members with regard to preventive history of Civil Defence and its importance in the wake of earth quake, fire, and floods. Civil Defence experts including Alok Nanda, Deputy Divisional Warden, HC Ram Dayal Saini, Constable Rajinder Kumar, Civil Defence Instructor and Constable Parshotam Kumar, Civil Defence Instructor, were also present.
