JAMMU, Jan 15: Civil Military Liaison Conference (CMLC) with the Civil Administration and police officials of the three districts of Ramban, Doda and Kishtwar was held at Dharmund.
The conference was chaired by Major General AS Rawat, General Officer Commanding, Delta Force.
The conference was organized with the aim of increasing synergy, interaction and coordination between the civil and military agencies.
Amongst the civil administration and police, the conference was attended by DIG Doda-Kishtwar-Ramban Range, DC Ramban, DC Doda, DC Kishtwar, SSP Ramban, SSP Doda, SP Kishtwar, Army and civil officials.
All officials stressed on the need for harmonious functioning of the Government agencies and emphasized that such interactions provide opportunities for deliberation on important issues of mutual interest like security and development projects.
All the participants acknowledged the need of working together towards the cause of the people and security of the State.
