SRINAGAR, Oct 10: The District Alternate Dispute Resolution Centre was today inaugurated at District Court Complex Shopian by Chief Justice of J&K Justice N. Paul Vasanthakumar in the presence of Justice Mohammad Yaqoob Mir and Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar.
Advocate S. M. Iqbal conducted proceedings whereas Advocate Gh. Hassan Dar presented the welcome address. Besides Justice N. Paul Vasanthakumar, Justice Mohammad Yaqoob Mir and Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar addressed the gathering by highlighting the aim and objective of ADR and need of mediation to curb the litigation.
The Principal District & Sessions Judge Shopian delivered vote of thanks at the conclusion of proceedings.
