JAMMU, July 14: Chief Judicial Magistrate Jammu Ashwani Sharma today rejected the bail application of one Mohd Iqbal, who made fake trust deed and used fake stamp and seal of the court.
After hearing Senior PO Rohit Gupta for the State, the CJM observed, “evidence against the accused/applicant is quite strong and the investigation of the case is at threshold. The part of the investigation regarding the use of stamps/seals by the accused is yet to be conducted and how the accused used the stamps/seals”, the court said, adding “a large amount of money has been taken from the complainant by the accused which has not yet been recovered”.
Accordingly, court rejected the bail application.
