JAMMU, Nov 2: Special Magistrate CBI Cases Jammu (CJM), S R Gandhi today granted CBI remand of two Income Tax officials namely Pritam Chand Sharma and Hans Raj up to November 8, 2012.
The accused officials were produced in the Court of Special Magistrate CBI Cases Jammu by the DySP CBI/ACB Radhey Sham for their custody for seven days.
After considering the case diary, Special Magistrate CBI cases granted seven days CBI remand of both the accused with the directions that they should be subjected to regular medical examination under rules and produced on expiry of remand before the competent Court.
