RAJOURI, Feb 9: A class 12th student committed suicide by hanging himself at his house in Fatehpur Dhanna, under the jurisdiction of Police Station Rajouri.
The deceased was identified as Mohd Mahir, son of Mohd Shakeel of Fatehpur Dhanna. His body was found hanging by the family members.
On being informed, Police rushed to the spot and shifted the dead body to hospital mortuary for the post mortem. Cause of provocation behind committing suicide could not be immediately ascertained while Police has registered a case in this connection for further investigation.
