Clean India drive

Sir,
Every one wishes to have cleanliness all around. The un-cleanliness mess in most of the public places like railway stations, hospitals, bus stands, schools etc.  all over the country cannot be blamed only to public aptitude & attitude.  Lack of facilities at these places to dispose the waste is also one of the main causes to blame for forcing people to dump the waste in an un-cleanliness manner.  To make the PM’s cleanliness drive in the country a success, first of all, there is an urgent need to create the facilities like toilets, dustbins, water, proper drainage system; at almost all the public places over the country so that cleanliness conscious public has the easy access to dispose the waste in a more systematic manner.  Along clean India drive, central, state and local government machinery in association with NGOs and other social service organizations should work towards creating the waste disposal facilities and their regular cleaning procedures.
Cleaning jobs are always considered as menial jobs in India but if these people are paid handsomely and equipped with all the latest technologies, in a country like India with full of human resources, many people will be willing to join the cleaning services.  However, after joining the services, to keep their (workers) attitude intact for doing their duty honestly and sincerely is a great question in almost all sectors of service providing.
Yours etc….
