Sir,
I want to draw the kind attention of the present Government that despite Governor NN Vohra’s directive to clear all the pending arrears of Govt.employees, the arrears of employees haven’t been drawn before March 31,2016 deliberately by many DDOs. The reason being provided by the DDO Office officials is that the Treasuries had cash crunch. I request to the Government to take the strict action against the concerned officials who paid no heed to Governor’s directive for drawal of all kinds of pending arrears of employees.
