Clerical Staff Association discusses demands

JAMMU, May 23: A meeting of Jammu and Kashmir All Department Clerical Staff Association, Jammu district committee held under the chairmanship of Yash Paul Sharma discussed their demands.
Addressing the meeting Yash Paul Sharma condemned the anti employees and anti workers policies of the State Government who after reaching the agreement failed to concede the genuine  demands of the clerical cadre thus compelling them to come on the road once again.
The meeting unanimously decided to hold two protest demonstrations at district headquarters Jammu to stress upon the State Government to remove the Pay anomalies of clerical cadre.
The president also requested the Chief Minister and Finance Minister to intervene personally so that the anomalies/disparities in the pay structure of the clerical cadre are removed. He said that convener Pay Anomaly Committee (Commissioner Secretary Finance, J&K Government) has already submitted its report to the State Government and there is no logic to keep it pending.
Yash Paul. Brijesh Mehta, Onkar Chand, Jaideep Singh, Avtar Krishan, Amit Bargotra, Ravi Razdan, Vikas Gupta, Vinod Kumar, Romesh Lal, Anil Sharma were also present in the meeting.
