JAMMU, May 14: J&K All Department Clerical Staff Association has said that many DDOs were facing lot of problems in withdrawal of salaries with the introduction of JKPaySystem and expressed resentment over denial of salary bill to the employees by treasuries.
In a meeting held today through mobile whatsapp group, President of the Association, Babu Hussain Malik said that J&K UT Administration introduced the JKPaySystem with effect from April 2020 and with directions to the DDOs to draw their salaries from the month of April 2020 through JKPaySystem, but limitation of resources and buggy J&K pay system portal have put all DDOs in trouble.
The portal sans various features, sections and modules are unclassified which lead to confusion to the employees while the 2G service is very slow and one is unable to even open the site, he explained and added that server of the system gets overloaded while there is no proper assistance being received from NIC and thus the employees have been left to suffer.
