JAMMU, Aug 3: Jammu Kashmir Ladakh All Department Clerical Staff Association (Ministerial Federation) has expressed strong resentment against non-compliance of detachment order of teachers and threatened stir over the issue.
“It is very unfortunate that despite repeated instructions from higher authorities, the Director School Education Jammu is silent and not detached any Teacher/Master/Lecturer from Directorate office Jammu till date and further there is no seriousness for implementation of the detachment order at other offices, especially CEO Udhampur,” said Jeelani Naik, president of the Association.
He said that the detachment order issued by Jt Director Reasi- Udhampur range has not been implemented by Chief Education Officer Udhampur which is matter of great concern as one ReT was attached by the CEO in his office during Model Code of Conduct and was assigned the work of accounts, MDM and SSA. The Association requested Advisor Farooq Khan and Commissioner Secretary School Education Department to intervene personally into the matter and take cognizance into the matter by directing DSEJ and subordinate officers to implementation the detachment orders of all teaching faculty working in offices in toto.
The Association further appealed Governor, all Advisors and Chief Secretary of the State to issue necessary directions to all Heads of Departments (HoDs) especially Director School Education Jammu to repatriate all field functionaries either it is from teaching faculty or any other profession to report their original place of postings and assign clerical assignments to the members of the clerical cadre only to curb the loss of exchequer as well as to end the culture of attachment/deployment in once for all.
JKLADCSA threatened to adopt agitational path if all non-clerical officials are not sent back to their original place of posting.
