JAMMU, Mar 25: Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed today hosted a farewell dinner at his residence in honour of the outgoing Chairman of J&K Legislative Council, Amrit Malhotra.
Governor, N. N. Vohra, Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, Kavinder Gupta, Deputy Chief Minister, Dr. Nirmal Singh, State Cabinet Ministers, Ministers of State and Members of J&K Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council attended the farewell dinner.
Amrit Malhotra will complete his term as Member of the Legislative Council on March 27, 2015.
The Chief Minister praised Malhotra for his successful tenure as Chairman of the Legislative Council and complimented him for smoothly conducting the business of the House.
