Kathua, Dec 4: BJP candidate for Billawar Constituency Dr. Nirmal Singh addressed public meeting at village Parnalla, Pallan, Mouni, Seri and Berail villages.
While addressing the public meetings he said that the present coalition Govt. has failed to solve the problems of common man during its regime of six years. He said that the condition of roads connecting to villages is very bad and not easy for a common man to drive a vehicle or walk on foot.
He said the road condition from Dayalachack to Billawar is known to everyone and which is causing regular road accidents. If a Govt. could not care of basic need of people what they did in last six years. It is matter to pondered over.
