JAMMU, Jan 25: Col Narendra Kotwal, son of Prof J L Kotwal, a son of the soil has been decorated with prestigious Vishisht Seva Medal (VSM) on the occasion of Republic Day for his distinguished services.
Col Kotwal, an alumnus of Govt Medical College Jammu is heading Department of Endocrinology in prestigious Army Hospital Research & Referral, Delhi. He is MD from AFMC Pune, DNB from National Board Examination Delhi and DM from PGI Chandigarh. He is also vice president of Endocrine Society of India.
