Comedy Series starts with Vasson’s Pahari play ‘Chhote Bade’

JAMMU Nov 2: Nav Durga Kala Manch today started its new series of comedy plays in which only comedy plays would be presented towards public in and outside the studio and its very unique concept of doing such things which make them laugh, this was disclosed here today by the director of NDKM, Aaditya Bhanu.
The series starts with the comedy play ‘Chhote Bade’ written and directed by Tarun Sudershan Vasson at Performing Art Studio, Jammu. The play was a total laugh riot that contained a story of two friends suffering from Dementia.
The story goes like that both friends Chhota enacted by Dilshad Shazi and Bada played by Tarun himself, go begging for alms saying that their mother was in pathetic condition and requires medication.
Talking pity on both the people generally give them money asked by them on an assurance that the same would be paid back the very next day.
This made the both doing the same routine every day. But when the people from whom they used to borrow money came back home the other day, both of them usually turn up a moon’s face saying that they had no idea of having borrowed money from them.
System goes unabated when finally the people realize about their dementia and call upon authorities to take care of both brothers by either shifting them to a mental asylum or sending them for some proper medication ruing that such elements can be blot on the society and can turn dangerous any time.
The artists who gave scintillating performances include Kibu Bharat, Kannav Chopra, Sumit Sudan, Parveen Kumar, Ashwani Sharma. Make up was done by Reetu Manhas, lights were executed by Kamaljeet Singh Jordan and music was handled by Atul Sharma.
