JAMMU, Apr 11: Pradesh Vishwakarma Sabha (PVS) has expressed hope that Other Backward Classes (OBC) of J&K will get justice by the newly constituted Commission.
In a handout, Sabha president, Shashi Verma stated that after a lot of hue and cry was raised by the OBC people of J&K, the Government has now set up a Commission-Commission for Socially and Educationally Backward Classes, to look into the problems of OBC people.
He expressed concern over the fact that the Commission has two members and a chairman but none from the OBC community and demanded at least one member from OBC community in the Commission.
He appealed to the Lieutenant Governor of J&K to induct at least one OBC member in the Commission for better results.
