JAMMU, Sept 21: The School Education Department here today has constituted a three member committee to ascertain the actual amount of embezzlement by Babu Ram Sharma, the then Ex-Senior Assistant, ZEO Doongi and propose the ways and means for recovery of the embezzled amount from his pensionary benefits or otherwise.
Chairman of the Committee shall be Joint Director, Rajouri/Poonch while other two members of the Committee will be Chief Education Officer, Poonch and Accounts Officer in Director School Education, Jammu.
The government order in this regard stat ed that the Committee shall examine the issue and submit the report to the competent authority within a period of one month.
