Compensate us

Sir,
I along with my daughter were booked and scheduled to travel from Srinagar to Jammu on a Go Air flight No GB 213 having booking reference KYK9KA. We arrived at check in counter well in time and were issued boarding passes as well bearing sequence No. 137 after checking in our luggage.
At the time of boarding the plane we along with other passengers were not allowed to proceed towards plane owing to some “Internal restrictions”. Even luggage of the already boarded passengers was not loaded on the plane. It has led us to inconvenience, hardships and physical as well as mental agony.
This is a clear case of “denied boarding” and as per DGCA guide lines we are entitled for 200 percent refund plus replacement ticket. Though we have been issued replacement ticket and are booked for 22nd having booking reference No. C7SCQW, we have not been provided compensation as per rules. We request to Go Air authorities to settle this issue at the earliest.
