JAMMU, June 5: In a meeting held under the chairmanship of AIMCCC president, Desh Rattan Pandita, serious note was taken for not providing Vaccination Centre to Jagti township for the age group of 18-45 years.
Briefing the media, Desh Rattan Pandita said that enhancement of relief assistance has become essential due to sky rocketing prices of daily eatables for which administration was appealed several times, for last four years, to enhance same. Demand for one job-one family under PM Package for all was made so that equal justice is provided to deserving people, he added.
He said updating of health infrastructure in the Jagti colony hospital needs to be done in the first instance by providing necessary staff of doctors, medicines and machinery with allotment of one Ambulance.
He appealed Lt Governor to give an audience to the AIMCCC leadership which wants to apprise him of the issues. KPs are living a hapless and miserable life in camps and non camps. It was also requested to Government to provide one time financial support to overaged youth who are passing through difficult time of life. This has ruined their future and may sometime prove disastrous if not looked in.
PM package employees who are paying huge amount of rent for private accommodation, be allotted ORTs without further delay.
