Cong bogged down by infighting in J&K, elsewhere: Bali Bhagat

JAMMU, Feb 8: Senior BJP leader and former minister, Bali Bhagat today said that Congress Party is a spent force which has been bogged down by infighting in J&K and elsewhere.
In a hard hitting statement against the Congress, senior BJP leader alleged that the party has always relied on divisive politics to get political mileage but lately it has been exposed so badly that people have out-rightly rejected this age-old outfit resulting into infighting, mudslinging and vilification between the Congressmen at the Centre, states and UTs as well.
“The case of infighting is an open secret now with different factions in Congress going public day in day out besides the situation in Punjab and other states is also critical as reports coming out are testifying the same”, Bali Bhagat said, adding that people have understood the difference between Congress’ policies and that of BJP.
The former minister said under Congress’ rule communal riots were the norm but soon after the BJP took over the reins, there was hardly any instance of communal rioting or any other disturbance with regard to disturbance of social fabric making it amply clear that Congress was the root cause of tension in the country. He said, on the contrary the BJP staunchly believes in ‘Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas Aur Sabka Vishwas’, which is the need of the time at the moment.
Bhagat said that Congress is using all its tactics to mislead people but the nationalist BJP is giving it no chance to hoodwink people again by its transparent and people-friendly policies which has tremendously change the course of the country from a marginal nation to a world leader by ensuring colossal development in merely seven years of its rule and bringing changes which were long awaited like the abrogation of Article 370.
He appealed to the people of J&K to be wary of the tactics of the Congress Party as the same wanted to drag the country back once again by its dynastic policies which already proved detrimental for the country.
