JAMMU, Oct 18: All India Congress Committee has reconstituted the Disciplinary Action Committee for the Jammu and Kashmir unit of the party.
A party spokesman said that the Disciplinary Action Committee of Pradesh Congress Committee stands dissolved with the appointment of a new Party head in J&K in the month of August 2024.
Therefore, to look into the various complaints of indiscipline, the Congress Party today reconstituted Interim Disciplinary Action Committee with immediate effect with senior Congress leader Mula Ram Baghat as its Chairman.
The members of the committee included-TS Bajwa, Thakur Balbir Singh, Surinder Singh Channi, Shahnawaz Chowdhary, Fayaz Ahmad Mir and Dr Audil Farooq Mir.
