Cong guarantees equitable development: Mula Ram

JAMMU, Dec 18: Former Minister and Congress nominee from Raipur, Domana constituency, Mula Ram today said that Congress party guarantees the unity, integrity and equitable development of all regions and parts of the State.
Addressing a series of election meetings at Barn, Domana and Lower Roop Nagar, Mula Ram said that tremendous development had taken place in Raipur, Domana constituency during his tenure as MLA and Minister from 2002 to 2008.
He said that he had launched various development schemes for the improvement of electric supply, water supply, medicare, education facilities, sports and road connectivity. The work had started for all major schemes but it was abandoned due to the reason that these works were sanctioned by him (Mula Ram), he said adding that even minor works were not completed and today the people of the area are facing problems on this account.
He appealed people to give him their mandate in this election and elect him their representative again. He promised that he will leave no stone unturned to make Raipur Domana a “Model” constituency.
AICC general secretary, Mukul Wasnic and AICC spokesman, Salman Soz, who accompanied Mula Ram in the campaign also spoke in these meetings and appealed people to vote for Congress candidates and elect Congress Chief Minister for the speedy and equitable development of all three regions of the State.
Meanwhile, Prakash Sharma, Exz-MLA, Hari Singh Chib, organising secretary, PCC and Rajni Bala, president, Block Congress Committee, Muth-Barnai, undertook door-to-door campaign in Mohalla Gujjar Basti, Upper Paloura, Buta Nagar, Paloura Top and Lower Roop Nagar area and appealed people to vote for Mula Ram.
